Kratek opis operacije:
Cilji:
- Razviti in preizkusiti model inkubatorja za samozaposlovanje mladih
- Spodbujati uspešno samozaposlovanje mladih brezposelnih
- Spodbujati socialno eksperimentiranje na področju aktivne politike zaposlovanja

Incubator for unemployed young people that become self-employed
Brief description of the operation:
In actual practice, the self-employment in Slovenia and Croatia is encouraged in the context of active employment policies in the framework of the promotion of self-employment programme. Employment Service of Slovenia, which implements the programme, offers to the unemployed 24-hours training and subsidy. Similar storty is also in Croatia. Self-employed are then left to themselves in both countries. Through this project, we developed a model of the Incubator for the self-employed, which was tested with one of the most vulnerable groups – young people. The project is also an example of the development, testing and evaluation of new forms of assistance that could be included in the active employment policy. As such, it is an example of social experimentation, one of the ways to the development of successful labor market programmes.
Target groups were young unemployed, who embark on a journey to self-employment and the politician and officials, responsible for the active employment policy.
Objectives:
- To develop and test Incubator for young Self-employed
- To promote successful self-employment of young unemployed
- To promote social experimentation in the active employment policy
